The Role
As a digital TPA, we process claims for thousands of members and reimburse providers very quickly and pass along huge discounts to our customers.
To make this a reality, our team is looking for an Operations Manager who can work with our product, operations and engineering teams to make sure the trains continue to run on time. This involves ensuring client data integrity and managing transactions that run to support the health plans of thousands of members
What You'll Do
- Work within our claims processing system to ensure member data is accurate and updated appropriately (eligibility)
- Keep track of the automated payments our system makes to both healthcare providers and to the vendors that serve each group (employer)
- Work with external vendors to coordinate information and payments
What You'll Need
- Attention to detail
- A project-manager's organization which includes the ability to coordinate timelines
- The ability to create and improve process documentation
- The ability to learn a complex new software system quickly
Nice to Haves
- Healthcare claims administration experience
- Experience hiring or running a team
